No More
Icy Walkway!
June 2004 I was in the process of having
brick pavers
installed in the walkway to the front door
of my condo. At the same time I heard about snow
melting options. I contacted Norma and Bob Hess of allwarm.com.
They made this option so easy from beginning to end. I'm thrilled I do not have to
shovel any more. In addition, it is added safety to my family
and guests. Ice is often not easily visible until it's
too late. Now I don't have to worry about people
slipping on dangerous snow and ice.
The system starts to work the
minute the sensor detects snow and a certain temperature and
runs only when needed. This system gets the job done
quickly for maximum performance. It's just wonderful!
It is relatively maintenance free and the appearance is just
amazing. I wouldn't live in snow without
this system and allwarm.com to assist me.
Thank you!

Inside
and Out!
January 2006
We built a new custom home and
learned about allwarm.com from
our builder. We contacted the owner, Bob Hess, to check out
other jobs and get his recommendations. We had floor warming
tiles installed in 4 bathrooms plus our fully finished
basement. The tile contractor had no problem installing the
tiles over top of the nexan
cable which I laid out myself.
Each room has its own nice looking thermostat /
controller so we can customize the time that the tiles are
warm room by room. Once you have heated floor tiles, you'd
never want to go back to cold tiles. The product is of very
high quality and has performed flawlessly.
We also had the larger nexan
cable installed under our driveway and
walkways. It's great
to go outside on a snowy day and see wet pavement instead of
a pile of snow.

Kitchen
Remodel
August
2005 We had allwarm.com supply
us with a cable system for our new tile kitchen
floor. I am a
"quasi" do-it-yourselfer, and was up for the
challenge of installing the floor warming cables that we
received. Bob was very helpful over the phone when I had some
questions regarding cable spacing. Underneath where the new
tile was going to go, I laid out the cable according to the
directions. I then drilled two holes in the sub floor of the
kitchen for the cable. One end of the cable went to the
electrical panel and the other end went to a new thermostat
control for the cable. I mounted the thermostat in the
basement where it would be out of the way, but within easy
reach in order to change the computer controls for when I want
my floor warming system to turn on and off.
The contractor who installed my tile was impressed with the
Nexans cable. He said that he had never seen such a quality
product, and asked how to get it. He was used to installing
lower end warming mats from the home improvement center. I
programmed the digital thermostat and the rest is history. My
kitchen tile is warm right where I need it and I didn't even
feel a change in my electric bill.
