Builders and Homeowners alike are installing radiant heating
systems into new poured concrete walkways, driveways, and
steps. In this case, a homeowner decides to get rid of the
snow and ice on the main driveway pad and walkway permanently.

Installation:
Cable laid by contractor.
The cable comes on spools and is custom made for the
project. Cold Leads at the end of the heating cable are
attached to the electrical feed and to the Sensor Control.

A
good look at the how the cables eventually feed into the
passage to the home's electrical panel. These cables will be
attached to cold leads, and then into the main panel
interface.
The
cable is tied onto the wire mesh in order to hold the cable
down and to also set up the exact cable spacing required for
the heating to work evenly. Your final project quote gives you
the exact spacing for your layout.
A certified electrician does the final hook up, but a
homeowner can lay out the cable and get it final pour
position. |

The
homeowner was very satisfied with the outcome, no salt, no
plows damaging the driveway, no more shoveling or noisy
snow-blowers.
Snow
and Ice is not an issue for these people, what about you?
